Services

     Our registered nurses are highly skilled and experienced in a wide variety of medicine specialties. They have completed special training and have participated in a mentorship program designed to further hone their skills in focusing on case allegations and finding evidence in the medical records to support or refute claims being made. 

     A nurse is assigned to each case, so that a continuity of thought can be developed in the medical chronology. She can be available for additional questions or perhaps  for preparing specialized reports such as identifying trends or issues  with the medical care the patient was receiving.

Our paralegals are seasoned in litigation , mostly with personal injury case experience and some with medical malpractice backgrounds. The summaries prepared are about one-tenth of the size of the deposition allowing for easy reference with headings that can be searched and  cross-referenced.

We have available staff to meet the needs of state, local and federal attorneys in preparing medical chronologies for personal and catastrophic injury, as well as medical malpractice cases.
